The government reportedly had the intention of taking court action to stop the industrial strike action planned for the next three days (12-14 April) (see report, HERE). I just called the Industrial Court and no application had been received by 11:30AM on the first day of the strike. I think we can justifiably say ‘overtaken by events’?
